PURCHASE TERMS

I understand and agree to the following terms:

• Unless otherwise noted, VOWS is placing a custom order for your items – all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• I have initialed the size ordered above. If I override the recommended size, VOWS is not responsible for any sizing issues. Even with an ordered gown, alterations are required and at an additional cost. Please try and allow 4-5 months in advance as appointments are limited. You may wish to set up appointments before your gown arrives.
• VOWS BRIDAL OUTLET is not an agent of, or responsible for the actions of the manufacturers.
• The cancellation of the wedding does not void this contract or end my obligation to pay the FULL BALANCE due and payable when the merchandise arrives in the store.
• I agree that if I fail to satisfy the balance due within 30 days after notice that the merchandise has arrived, VOWS Bridal Outlet has the right to return the merchandise to stock for sale and recover the BALANCE DUE. Items left beyond 90 days of merchandise arrived email notification email become the property of VOWS.
• I understand the that BALANCE shown is my responsibility and does NOT COVER any alteration fees.

Accessory Orders and Bridesmaids are non-refundable as these are special ordered. Any issue must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.

I have read and understood the above policies. All Sales final unless noted above.
