Is an appointment required?
Yes! Generally, an appointment is required so you can be paired with an expert stylist to help guide you. Of course, we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on our availability.
How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be booked here or you can call the store at 800-831-8697. We can’t wait to see you!
How long is the typical bridal appointment?
Our appointments are 1 hour and 15 minutes!
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
If you are hoping for a Friday or Saturday appointment, it is always best to book at least 6 weeks in advance. However, we do get last-minute cancellations, so you can always join our waitlist or check back for availability!
For weekday appointments, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, but we often have last-minute availability as well!
What should I expect during my appointment?
You will be greeted at the door by your stylist and shown to your bridal suite! Your stylist will learn your vibe, talk details about your wedding day, and review your wishlist. You then will have the opportunity to shop the floor with your entourage and pull 5-6 gowns to start with! If you are comfortable, of course, your stylist will help you in and out of each gown and make sure each gown fits properly with clips. After hearing your feedback, your stylist can always pull more dresses accordingly!
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a bra for measurements and any undergarments you feel most comfortable in! You are welcome to bring your own shoes; however, we do have sample pairs for try-on.
How many guests should I bring to my appointment/ should I bring anyone?
You may bring up to 5 guests with you! However, many brides also prefer to shop one-on-one with their stylist or with a smaller crew. It is completely up to you and what you feel most comfortable doing!
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes, we have a large parking lot!
What size range do you carry?
Half of our store is dedicated to sizes 6-12, and the other half is dedicated to sizes 14-32! We have the largest plus-size selection in Greater Boston.
Once I find my dress, what happens next?
After saying YES! and celebrating, your stylist will guide you through the measurement process. Once your measurements are complete, we require a 50% deposit day of, and the rest of your gown can be paid off when the gown arrives in store or prior to.
Will I need alterations/where?
Most bridal gowns do require alterations. We work with 3 trusted seamstresses in the area; however, you may use whoever you like!
