Loaner Gown Request Process

Looking for a gown we do not currently carry in-store? If VOWS Bridal carries the designer, we may be able to request the gown as a loaner for your appointment.

How It Works

Submit the Loaner Gown Request Form below.
Our team will contact the designer to determine whether the requested gown is available as a loaner during your preferred appointment timeframe.
If the gown is available, we will contact you with the next steps, loaner agreement, and payment instructions.
A non-refundable $100 loaner fee is required for each gown requested. This fee may be applied toward the purchase of a gown or any other merchandise at VOWS Bridal.
Once payment is received and all required paperwork has been completed, your loaner gown appointment will be confirmed.

Important Information & Disclaimers

Loaner gowns are subject to designer approval and availability.
Submission of this form does not guarantee that the gown can be secured.
Availability can change at any time and is determined solely by the designer.
Requested appointment dates cannot be held or guaranteed until the loaner fee has been paid and all required paperwork has been signed.
If we do not receive a response regarding your loaner reservation, payment, or paperwork within the timeframe provided, we cannot guarantee that the gown or your preferred appointment date will remain available.
The $100 loaner fee is non-refundable once the gown has been requested and approved by the designer.
In some cases, designers may decline loaner requests or be unable to accommodate the requested timeline.
